Our Legacy 

 I have been building planes for the past 35 years. From small R/C models to full size replicas that 

hang in museums, corporate offices, schools, around the world. In 97 I designed a portable R/C control cockpit and patented in 1999, with first 2 sales going to NASA facilities.

  My love of airplanes came from my father who was a pilot since the end of WW2.  After my first airshow seeing the Thunderbirds perform (Flying F-4 Fantoms) I was hooked ! 

    Since 1999 i was building for Arizona Models and learned the importance of absolute detail in every plane. I research every plane to find every book, blueprint, drawing and photo I can find and strive to include every detail to build the most accurate reproduction I can.

   My friend Jaime , owner of AZ models passed from cancer a couple years ago and the company ceased to exist ! I started Phoenix Replica Aircraft shortly after that in hopes of keeping the tradition alive of building authentic replicas and giant scale R/C aircraft for future generations to enjoy.
